Q: Why do we need to pay deposit?
A: We want to make sure that once we send out the order, you are a 'sure buyer'. Every person will be given 3 days to deposit, otherwise the pair will go to person who wants that size.

Q: I don't know my US size, how do i find out?

A: On the right sidebar is a shoe size chart i've made for our costumer's convenience

Q: The shoe size i bought doesn't fit, can i get an exchange?

A: Of course! If there are no sizes available, you are free to choose another style or get a full refund (as long as the returned shoe has no damage)

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: We don't have any, you can buy as many as you like from just 1 item to 10!
